Recently the company redesigned a number of the floor plans and added a lunchroom per floor with TV's, a Kurig machine, and chairs for lunches and breaks - they look awesome! Attendance (like any business) is always taken seriously, but they have a policy which does WAY better than the minimums granted by legislation. ![]() The pay is more than most centers, but the benefits and performance/sales incentives provide substantially more compensation for good work. ![]() There is a culture of continuous coaching and feedback, which if you are not used to - can be a bit overwhelming BUT it is only because management wants everyone to succeed and be the best they can be. The company is always expanding into new projects, offers a lot of opportunity to move up (as long as you are qualified and have the desire to work hard), and an awesome environment with team competitions and individual recognition. I have worked here for a number of years - just after the company started opening its call center division and have never looked elsewhere.
